Ruapehu Brewing’s first batch is out the door and it seemed a perfect way to start with an all Kiwi affair. Using Malts from Canterbury and Hops from Nelson. Our Kiwi Pale Ale is as Kiwi, as a broken jandel fixed with a cable tie.

AMERICAN PALE ALE
Citrusy, Fruity, Tropical, brewed with Cascade, Simcoe and Warrior Hops
One of our favourite styles to drink. Our American Pale Ale has bold hops added all the way through the brewhouse. Citrus, Tropical notes from the Cascade while adding some fruity, piney fragrance from Simcoe Hops, all balanced by Warrior for that bitter hit. One for the Hop heads out there.

NEW WORLD DISORDER IPA
Citrusy, Grapefruit, Melon, Limey aromatics and flavour brewed with Rakau, Citra and Motueka Hops
Brewers favourite beer to drink, this beer is Fruity, Juicy, Zesty ticks all the boxes for a fresh IPA. Not too bitter well balanced with a solid malt profile.

5 Malts and 5 different Hops go into our Amber Rye Ale. Its big Malty Hoppy affair with a touch of spiciness from the Rye used.
